Tepet Kirin is the daughter of a prominent member of House Tepet, a woman of intelligence and grace, mastering for intellectual and physical arts. Kirin came from a strong Terrestrial bloodline. Beautiful as well, she was highly sought after for marriage, and beleaguered House Tepet needed to recover after the terrible loses against the Bull of the North.
Kirin's father arranged her marriage to a Dragon-Blooded in House Tepet. Their union promised to produce children likely to Exalt as terrestrials. Kirin has not met her future husband, but being loyal to her house, he accepted the marriage.
A few days before her marriage the worst happened. The Sun usurped the Dragons, choosing Kirin as his own. She Exalted as she tried to save her lifelong friend, becoming a Night Caste of the Unconquered Sun. She knew at once that she was not as the immaculates claimed, a demon, Anathema. But she also she could never explain what had happened to her. Still, she loved her father and her House... she tried. She even offered her life to her father, to save his line from the shame of this. He couldn't taker her life. Kirin fled her home, carrying with her an heirloom sword that had been in her family for centuries.
Kirin is driven by her exaltation to prove herself the best of swordsmen in Creation... but she is also pursued by her own family. By her father, who has been ordered to find her and return her for judgment and by her fiance, who has been humiliated by what happened and seeks to mend his wounded honor by killing Kirin.

Edit: At 's request, we changed the hair back to black, I misunderstood what was needed in our initial conversation about the piece. I'm not perfect.
Luckily I went back in and balanced the piece a little more. LOoks betters after a few hour break.
A Tepet night caste? Fate is unkind. Fate is very, very unkind. I'm currently working up a story about a circle who all exalt on the Blessed Isle... because I'm a dick storyteller. x3
