Heres the description:

Shawn Sterling is the Night Caste of the Circle of Reborn Hope. She was born to a family of musicians and artists in the thriving port of Nexus, and rose into her power saving them from a fire at their theatre.

One of Creation's finest craftspeople, she is shown here with weaponry of her own design. Though the dew-spangled webs of her fans appear frail they could turn aside a battle axe.

Shawn is so talented a performer that mountains have awoken from their slumber to attend her when she plays.

She seeks the forgotten First Age technologies that will transform filthy, polluted Nexus (which is known as the City of Black Snow from the ash of its forge fires) into a shining metropolis that bears the entirity of its population upwards.)

Recently she has traveled to the East to repulse a major incursion of Fair Folk.

I had to fix her head position it was too far back slightly, but it looks much better here. I did this in painter and I must say it was hella fun. Ill be using it more often, all that griping I did about painting digitally, well, I've since shut up, I think its my approach.

For clean inked lines, Ill use photoshop to acheive a clean gradation of color for rendering, much smoother, and more polished, kinda fits with the inks better. Since you ar simplying shadows and shapes with the starkness of black ink, it seems to just fit better.

For pencils, Ill be painting over them completely, or pretty close to it, in painter. The gradation of the pencil marks meshed with painters imitation of traditional mediums has a much more unifyed look. The same reason Arnold Tsang or Hyung tae kim goes srt8 from pencil to painter. It resembles traditonal is very hard to differentiate in most cases. Im just having fun finding an avenue to explore.

Now this applies to me specfically, so don't think I feel like this is written in stone, but for me, right now, it is lol.

Edit: I forgot a few tings that were requested so I added a fade to the hair color, its dark blue at the roots, aqua at the shoulders and sky blue at the tips. I also added the silver tattoo to her midsection.
